What does the role entail?As a Client Manager at PS Partner, you step into a key role where you drive and develop our interim business for managers and specialists within the public sector. You own the relationship with both clients and consultants on assignments while working closely with our recruiters to create accurate matches and deliveries.

But it doesn't stop there. You are part of a phase where we are building PS Partner forward. You contribute ideas, live values, challenge working methods, set structures, and thus help shape both business, culture, and growth. The role is a mix of strategic business drive, operational sales, and consultant-oriented leadership.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive the interim business by creating, developing, and securing interim assignments and recruitments with new and existing clients.

• Regular follow-up and support of the consultants assigned to assignments.

• Be the link between client needs and matching/placement, in collaboration with recruiters.
